The one thing you don’t want back once you have lost it is weight. Nobody ever consciously thought: “I’ve lost weight, I need to find it and get it back again.”

Yet somehow we do find it again, and yo-yo between losing weight and regaining it. ​Doing the same thing and expecting different results.

This is about taking control. Focus on harnessing the power of the mind and building the mental and emotional skills that lead to success - resilience, confidence and motivation.

Option 1:​
Weight Loss with Love Group - five weekly live online group sessions, support recordings, full support via email and a journal for use during the program.
Next group starts: TBC
Option 2:
Weight Loss with Love 1-1 - five weekly online or in-person sessions, support recordings, full support via email and a journal for use during the program.

Option 3:
Weight Loss with Love VIP - this is a 12 week program, designed to help sustain momentum on the journey. Includes EIGHT individual sessions, plus extra support recordings, full support via email/phone and a journal for use during the program. ​​​​

It's not about the number on the scale, or the results on your fitness app. I will never ask you to divulge your weight or any other personal results, though of course I’m very happy for you to share your wins, however small.
