A Journey Fuelled by Experience and Passion
Starting what is now Jackie Thomson HypnoWellbeing in my mid-50s was an adventure I hadn’t planned for, but one I’m endlessly grateful for. Before launching this business, I spent nearly 30 years in a corporate role, gaining a wealth of experience in resilience, adaptability, and strategic thinking. When I decided to transition into the holistic field, it was more than a career change – it was an opportunity to create a meaningful path that allowed me to support others on their own journey of transformation.
At 67, I’m here to show that growth doesn’t have an expiry date. In fact, every stage of life offers new opportunities to evolve, learn, and explore new possibilities. The years of experience I bring into my practice have enriched my ability to understand and connect with clients, helping them to find their own potential and reshape their life stories.

Small businesses are the heart of our communities, and they’re powered by people who are committed to what they do. For me, being a small business owner means offering more than just hypnotherapy or coaching sessions – it’s about creating a space for clients to explore, heal, and grow. Through HypnoWellbeing, I’m able to help others access their inner strength, break free from limiting beliefs, and step confidently into the lives they want to lead.
It’s incredibly rewarding to know that the work I do is helping clients create fresh starts, unlock new possibilities, and experience real change. Whether I’m working with someone to overcome stress, build self-esteem or let go of the past, my goal is to help each person recognise their power to shape their future.
